Hiring | Assistant / Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts | Real Estate

We are hiring for 5 positions with a leading real estate organization in Bangalore.

n

Role: Assistant / Deputy Manager – Finance & Accounts

n

Experience: 4–8 years

n

Location: Bangalore

n

CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

n

Openings: 5

n

Notice Period: Adaptable, shorter notice preferred

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Manage month-end book closure and financial accounting activities
n
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements
n
- Pass and review Ind-AS journal entries
n
- Manage audit schedules, workpapers and supporting documentation
n
- Coordinate with Statutory and Internal Auditors, including Big 4 and reputed audit firms
n
- Ensure accurate accounting across multiple entities / SPVs
n
- Support financial reporting, reconciliations and compliance requirements
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in financial accounting
n
- CA Inter / Semi-Qualified CA / MBA Finance / M.Com / B.Com
n
- Strong hands-on experience in month-end closure and financial reporting
n
- Good understanding of Ind-AS
n
- SAP and Advanced Excel are mandatory
n




- Experience in directly handling audit requirements and coordinating with auditors
n
- Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail
n
- Stable career history with reasonable tenure in previous organizations
n

Preferred Background

n

Candidates from prominent Pan-India real estate developers, construction, infrastructure or large multi-entity organizations will be preferred.

n

Target organizations may include DLF, Godrej Properties, Prestige Group, Lodha, Sobha, Brigade Group, Puravankara, Phoenix Mills, Oberoi Realty, Aditya Birla Real Estate, Mahindra Lifespaces, Embassy Group, K Raheja Corp, Shapoorji Pallonji, Tata Realty, L&T;, Tata Projects and other leading real estate and infrastructure organizations.

Candidates from large conglomerates, shared-service environments or reputed CA firms handling multi-entity / SPV accounting will also be considered.
