Aqua Centric Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Medical Sales Representative to drive patient referrals and business development through strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Build and maintain relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, physiotherapists, orthopaedists, sports medicine professionals, and other healthcare professionals.
n
- Conduct regular field visits to generate quality patient referrals and business leads.
n
- Promote Aqua Centric's Physiotherapy, Aquatic Therapy, Rehabilitation, Fitness, and Preventive Healthcare services.
n
- Identify new referral opportunities and develop healthcare partnerships.
n
- Follow up with doctors and referral partners to maintain engagement and generate repeat referrals.
n
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding patient enquiries, referrals, appointments, and follow-ups.
n




- Maintain records of field visits, leads, referrals, conversions, and revenue generated.
n
- Achieve monthly referral and revenue targets.
n
- Participate in medical camps, healthcare events, wellness programs, and corporate activities.
n
- Monitor market activities and provide relevant feedback to management.
n

Requirements:

n

n
- 1–4 years of experience in Medical Sales, Healthcare Sales, Hospital Sales, Pharma, Medical Devices, or Healthcare Business Development.
n
- Graduate in any discipline. BPT/B.Pharm/Healthcare Management/MBA will be an added advantage.
n
- Excellent communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
n
- Comfortable with field visits and meeting healthcare professionals.
n
- Robust follow-up and target-oriented approach.
n
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic reporting.
n
