Responsibilities
Process corporate actions such as dividends, bonuses, rights, mergers, splits, and buybacks.
Manage entitlement processing and reconciliation.
Coordinate with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.
Handle exceptions and resolve reconciliation issues.
Prepare Excel reports, MIS, and required documentation.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience in Asset Servicing or Corporate Actions.
Valuable understanding of the corporate actions lifecycle.
Knowledge of entitlement processing and reconciliation.
Experience with custodians, NSDL/CDSL, and brokers.
Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting.
Solid stakeholder coordination and attention to detail.
