Role & responsibilities:
Bachelors degree in engineering with 5+ years of successful skilled experience in sales & supplier costing activities, parts development & purchasing activities etc.
Good commodity knowledge of Seat covering (PU, PVC & Fabric), Press parts, injection moulding, assembly process, etc.
Knowledge of RFQs, pricing, commercial negotiation, localization, VA/VE
Demonstrated ability to do cost analysis and willingness to learn and apply Hyundai Transys thinking to supplier process and value streams.
Prepare detailed product cost sheets, analyse raw material, labor, overhead & conversion cost
Review BOM(Bill of material), process costing, profitability improvement.
Monitor cost fluctuations & recommendations for price revision.
Support annual price increase/decrease negotiations.

Preferred skills:-




Recognised Certificate of BE/B Tech in Mechanical/Automobile.
Working experience in multinational/national automobile companies especially Seat parts.
Working experiences in Hyundai or KIA or in group companies.
Current working shouldnt be in Hyundai or KIA or group companies.
