Role: Business Development Executive Fresher (Staff Augmentation)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers who are interested in building a career in Business Development within the IT/Non-IT staffing industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, learning sales strategies, and growing client relationships. You will be trained and guided to understand staffing services and client acquisition.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support in identifying and reaching out to potential clients for IT/Non-IT staffing services.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, emails, and networking.
Assist in building relationships with HR teams and decision-makers.
Understand basic client hiring requirements and share them with the recruitment team.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of candidates.
Learn and assist in the end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure).




Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Support senior team members in meetings and business discussions.

What We’re Looking For
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales/Business Development/Recruitment.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment.
Basic understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Confidence to speak with clients and handle conversations.
Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

Nice to Have
Interest or basic knowledge of IT industry or staffing.
Experience in internships related to sales, marketing, or HR.
Familiarity with LinkedIn or other skilled platforms.
