Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Back Office Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Manager will oversee and manage back-office operations, handle overall office administration, and support the smooth functioning of day-to-day business activities. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams,



ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining organized records and processes.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Operations Management
Solid Communication skills to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders
Knowledge of Finance processes and financial record-keeping
Experience in Office Administration to oversee and manage administrative tasks
Robust organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently in an on-site role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
