Factory, pastry means working with real ingredients, thoughtful portions and valuable technique — while questioning the usual reliance on refined flour, excessive sugar, artificial flavours and ready-made mixes. We’re looking for a Commis Pastry Chef who enjoys that challenge. You’ll work across:
plated desserts - cakes, cookies & everyday bakes - naturally leavened and whole-grain products - seasonal fruit-led desserts - alternative grains, flours and sweeteners
