Role & responsibilities
Monitor system usage, data accuracy, reporting compliance and field-force productivity.
Coordinate with the SFA service provider and internal stakeholders for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Manage and administer the organisations Sales Force Automation (SFA) platform across the field and business teams.
Develop and maintain dashboards covering sales performance, customer coverage, call productivity, expenses, attendance and incentives.
Analyse SFA data to identify gaps, improve field-force effectiveness and support business decision-making.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption of the platform.
Manage system upgrades, process changes, testing and implementation of current modules or functionalities.
Ensure data integrity, confidentiality and adherence to defined SFA governance and reporting protocols.
