The Role

As a Client Servicing / Social Media Executive, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and creative teams—handling day-to-day communication, shaping social media strategies, and ensuring campaigns run smoothly across platforms.

You’ll work on high-impact digital campaigns and well-known brands, while learning, experimenting, and growing every single day.

What You’ll Be Doing
Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients
Research, prepare, and present client decks and reports; participate in in-person client meetings
Analyze industry and competitor trends to apply best practices across client portfolios
Understand client goals and end-to-end digital marketing needs




Collaborate closely with internal teams to drive campaign strategy and creative development
Identify growth opportunities within client portfolios and contribute to revenue expansion
Stay up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Solid understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEM, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing
Ability to manage multiple accounts with solid time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Client-facing confidence with a solutions-oriented mindset

Technical Skills In-depth knowledge or working experience with:
Hootsuite / Buffer
SEMrush
Meta Business Suite
Canva

Plus points:
Exposure to AI tools such as Gamma, Napkin (or similar platforms)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media or a related field
2–4 years of experience in a client servicing role within a social media/digital marketing agency
Experience working with large brands is essential
BFSI sector experience will be an added advantage
