About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative, trend-savvy Content Creator to help build and grow a personal/brand presence across social platforms. You'll be responsible for ideating, planning, filming, editing, and posting content — with a strong focus on short-form video (Reels, Shorts, TikToks) that has genuine viral potential. This is a hands-on, high-energy role for someone who lives and breathes social trends.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute a consistent content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts (and other platforms as needed)
Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos and reels optimized for reach and engagement
Stay on top of trending audio, formats, challenges, and content styles — and adapt them quickly
Manage day-to-day social media posting, captions, hashtags, and community engagement
Track content performance (views, engagement, follower growth) and iterate based on what's working
Collaborate on brand voice, aesthetic, and overall content strategy
Bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas proactively — not just execute briefs

Requirements




Proven track record of creating reels/videos that have gone viral or achieved solid organic reach (portfolio/examples required)
Solid understanding of short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Deep familiarity with current social media trends, memes, and platform algorithms
Basic filming skills (can shoot on phone with valuable framing, lighting, sound awareness)
Experience managing social media accounts end-to-end (planning, posting, engagement)
Highly organized — able to manage a content calendar and hit posting deadlines
Energetic, enthusiastic, camera-comfortable (on-camera experience a big plus)
Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision and bring ideas to the table

Nice to Have
Experience growing a personal brand or influencer account from scratch
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
Copywriting skills for captions/hooks
Understanding of GEO/SEO or content discoverability trends (bonus, given your background)

Pay: ₹11,363.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
