AltRx is seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant to lead its financial reporting and accounting operations. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a rapidly growing US healthcare business.
Key responsibilities:
Own monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
Establish and maintain effective financial controls, accounting policies and close processes.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and management reporting.
Lead, develop and review the work of a team of junior accountants.
Oversee reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable and cash reporting.
Partner with US leadership on financial analysis, audits and process improvements.
Support the continued development of scalable accounting systems and processes.
Candidate profile:
Qualified Chartered Accountant in India.
7–10 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
Solid technical accounting, financial-control and team-management capabilities.
Comfortable working independently and taking full ownership of deliverables.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with QuickBooks or another accounting platform is required.
Prior experience supporting a US company is an advantage.
