We are looking for Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) to join our team across the following domains:
Statutory Audit
Internal Audit
Transfer Pricing

Candidates with relevant experience or a robust interest in any of the above domains are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on the assigned domain, the candidate will be involved in:

Statutory Audit
Planning and execution of statutory audit assignments.
Review of financial statements, books of accounts and supporting documents.
Ensuring compliance with Companies Act, Accounting Standards/Ind AS and Standards on Auditing.
Preparation and review of audit working papers and audit reports.
Identification of audit risks and control gaps.

Internal Audit
Conducting risk-based internal audit assignments.
Understanding and evaluating business processes and internal controls.
Identifying process gaps, risks and control weaknesses.
Preparation of Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), audit observations and reports.




Recommending process improvements and following up on corrective actions.

Transfer Pricing
Handling transfer pricing compliance and documentation.
Preparation of Local File, Master File and Form 3CEB.
Conducting FAR analysis and benchmarking studies.
Working on databases such as Prowess, Capitaline and TP Catalyst.
Assisting in Transfer Pricing assessments and TPO proceedings.
Research on Transfer Pricing regulations, OECD Guidelines, BEPS and DTAA.

Candidate Profile
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
05 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Experience in Statutory Audit, Internal Audit and/or Transfer Pricing will be preferred.
Solid analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage client assignments and work within timelines.
Candidates with relevant articleship experience may also be considered.
