Research topics, trends, competitors, and relevant industry developments.
Develop robust hooks and storytelling to increase audience engagement and retention.
Adapt writing style and tone according to the target audience and platform.
Collaborate with the creative, video, social media, and marketing teams.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical correctness.
Manage multiple content assignments and meet deadlines.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions as required.

Requirements
1–4 years of experience in Content Writing, Copywriting, Script Writing, or Digital Content.
Excellent written communication and storytelling skills.
Solid command of English; Hindi proficiency is a plus.
Positive understanding of social media and digital content.




Ability to research and simplify complex topics.
Strong attention to detail and creativity.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience with major creators, YouTube channels, influencers, or brands is preferred.
Portfolio or writing samples are required.
