Responsibilities
Business Analyst,
1. Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions.
Translate complex business needs into explicit functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria that enable successful solution delivery.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately understood and implemented.
Perform business process analysis and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.
Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, use cases, and data mappings to support solution design and implementation.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate insurance, wealth management, and financial services requirements into actionable business and system requirements.
Facilitate requirements refinement sessions and support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, business impacts, process gaps, and opportunities for improved decision-making. 9.

Support User Acceptance

Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios,



validating business requirements, coordinating testing activities, and obtaining stakeholder sign-off.
Ensure compliance with business policies, regulatory requirements, governance standards, and audit controls applicable to the insurance and financial services industry.
Manage requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment between business objectives, solution design, testing, and implementation.
Build robust relationships with stakeholders across business and technology teams while providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts.
