Role & responsibilities
Support daily Quality Assurance (QA) and In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA) activities on the shop floor.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and cGMP guidelines.
Understand batch manufacturing requirements and coordinate for compliant documentation solutions.
Support internal audits, batch sampling.
Identify potential quality risks or deviations and contribute towards maintaining zero-defect audit readiness.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry
01 year of experience (Freshers welcome) in Quality Assurance
Solid understanding of basic chemical concepts,
Valuable written and verbal communication, detail orientation, and basic MS Office skills.
Willingness to work in manufacturing plant environments and rotational shifts.
Quality-oriented with a solid focus on compliance, accuracy, and continuous learning.
