Role & responsibilities
Onboard, manage, and coordinate vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare cost estimates and coordinate with internal stakeholders including Supply, Sales, Operations, and Finance.
Scrutinize CAPEX costs and identify value engineering prospects without compromising quality.
Ensure timely project execution with optimum quality and finishing standards.
Support and guide Project Managers in execution and issue resolution.
Periodically report project progress, risks, and key milestones to senior management.
Conduct technical surveys and feasibility assessments of potential current centers.
Monitor quality, compliance, and adherence to Innov8 project standards
