Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Support team member to assist with daily operational tasks, transaction handling, and payment testing activities. This role is suitable for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and willing to work in the high-risk payment industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day business and operational activities
Assist in monitoring and handling payment transactions
Conduct testing related to payment processes and systems
Support troubleshooting and follow-up for transaction issues




Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Help maintain accuracy and efficiency in payment-related workflows
Use e-wallet and banking platforms as part of daily operational support
May require to travel to another city for business purpose

Qualifications

Willing to work in the high-risk payment industry
Familiar with using e-wallets and banking applications/platforms
Detail-oriented and responsible in handling operational tasks
Able to learn quickly and adapt to a rapid-paced working workplace
