Role & responsibilities
Manage daily operations of 34 retail outlets and ensure smooth functioning.
Drive sales, revenue, and profitability across assigned stores.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, grooming, and customer service.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, visual merchandising, and company policies.
Manage stock, inventory, wastage, cash handling, and store expenses.
Recruit, train, and motivate store teams to achieve business targets.
Track store performance and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports to management.
Handle customer complaints and ensure high service standards.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, Operations, and Supply Chain for smooth store operations.
