Role & responsibilities
Develop recent customers and business prospects in the API/pharmaceutical market.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Manage existing customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closure.
Coordinate with Production, QA/QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
Achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends,competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.
