Role & Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and structure raw recruitment and training datasets from multiple internal and campus sources
Run basic SQL queries and Excel macros to extract insights on candidate performance, placement trends, and skill gaps
Build visual dashboards using Power BI/Tableau to track KPIs like conversion rate, time-to-hire, and course completion
Support senior analysts with ad-hoc reporting, segmentation, and cohort analysis for internal stakeholders
Document data sources, logic,



and output formats to ensure reproducibility and audit-readiness
Collaborate with marketing, training, and HR teams to align data needs with business goals
