CNC Machine Operator – Job Roles & Responsibilities
Operate and monitor CNC machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces.
Load CNC programs and make basic program/tool-offset adjustments.
Check dimensions using measuring instruments like vernier calipers and micrometers.
Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standards.
Report machine problems, defects, or production issues to supervisors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
