We are looking for a agile and target-oriented Business Development Executive (Field work)to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, meeting potential clients, conducting field visits, promoting our products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular field visits to identify and meet potential clients.
Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
Promote and explain the company's products/services to prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Collect market and competitor information and share feedback with the management.




Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements and successful service delivery.
Prepare regular reports on field activities, leads, and conversions.
Required Skills

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Previous experience in sales, business development, field marketing, or customer relationship management will be an advantage.
Candidates must be willing to undertake regular field visits.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
