We are looking for a confident and good-communication Telecaller to join our team in Kolkata. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, understanding their requirements, explaining our services, and providing the right solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Make calls to potential and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and explain relevant company services.
Provide proper information and guidance to clients.
Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
Coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.

This is not a target-based sales job.
The role focuses on client communication, service explanation, follow-ups, and providing solutions.
Candidates should have good communication skills and a qualified approach.
Basic knowledge of banking/financial services will be an added advantage.
