Job Summary :

We are looking for a agile and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle inbound customer calls in Telugu. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with prior experience in the Banking or NBFC industry and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound customer calls and address queries related to banking/financial products and services.
Provide accurate information and resolution to customer concerns within defined TAT.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled and courteous interactions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams and follow up for closure.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Update customer interactions and service requests in CRM systems.
Achieve productivity, quality, and customer service targets.

Eligibility Criteria :
Graduate in any discipline.




Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or NBFC customer service.
Fluency in Telugu (mandatory) and basic communication skills in English/Hindi.
Experience in handling inbound voice/customer support processes.
Good listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in shifts and rotational week-offs.

Preferred Skills :
Knowledge of banking products, loans, credit cards, or financial services.
Customer-centric approach with robust interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Basic computer and CRM application knowledge.
