Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in the e-waste, recycling, waste management, ITAD or related industry

. The candidate should understand IT waste and recycling processes and be comfortable working with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business prospects.
Build and manage relationships with corporate clients and bulk waste generators.
Develop sales pipeline and close business opportunities.
Understand client requirements related to IT asset disposal and e-waste management.
Onboard new clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
0.6 - 2 years of experience in BD, sales or account management.
Experience in e-waste, recycling, waste management, ITAD or a similar industry preferred.
Good understanding of IT waste/e-waste and recycling processes.
Robust communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
