Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Associate Vice President Gold Loans to lead regional business operations, drive business growth, manage multiple branches, and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive Gold Loan business across the assigned region.
Manage regional / multi-branch business operations and achieve business targets.
Drive disbursement, portfolio growth, customer acquisition, and revenue.
Lead, mentor, and motivate branch and regional teams.
Handle team building, staff hiring, training, and employee development.
Identify new business prospects and expand the market presence.
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and portfolio quality.
Conduct regular branch visits and take corrective actions to improve performance.
Review MIS and business reports and ensure timely action on performance gaps.
Coordinate with Operations, Credit, Collections, HR, and other departments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational processes.

Candidate Profile
5+ years of relevant Gold Loan experience.




3+ years of experience in team management / leadership.
Experience handling multiple branches / regional business.
Strong exposure to Business Development, Sales, and Staff Hiring.
Proven track record of achieving business targets.
Solid leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel across the assigned region.
Immediate joiners preferred.
