Role & responsibilities
Supervise and manage the claims processing team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Oversee end-to-end claims handling across general, medical, and life insurance domains.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries and escalations related to claims.
Monitor claims workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
Collaborate with underwriting, customer service, and other departments to streamline claims operations.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to maintain high performance and adherence to SLAs.
Prepare and present reports on claims performance, fraud detection, and operational efficiency.
Preferred candidate profile From TPA or Insurance Industry.
Preferred only Male candidate with Night shift experience.
