ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Associate – Sales & Marketing to drive brand awareness, student enrollments, and customer conversions.

The role involves working closely with schools, students, and parents while managing the customer journey through field sales, engagement, follow-ups, and relationship building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct school visits and activations to promote UPRIO’s platform.
Engage with students and parents and create awareness about UPRIO programs.
Enroll students into free trial programs.
Follow up with leads and convert free users into paid subscribers.
Drive renewals, retention, and customer engagement.




Build and maintain robust relationships with parents, students, and school representatives.
Achieve assigned sales and enrollment targets.
Conduct regular field visits within the assigned territory.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
Customer-focused and target-oriented mindset.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
Willingness to travel and work in the field.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Sales, Business Development, Field Sales, or EdTech experience is an advantage.

COMPENSATION

Probation – First 2 Months: ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance

Post-Probation: ₹7 LPA
₹5 LPA Fixed
₹2 LPA Variable
Travel Allowance
