Costing and reporting of Commodity parts based on Milestones of each Project ( Bottom costing, RFQ, COST, F4, IP/PB )
Responsible to follow Costing guide line and Ref. data & support to Update CGL
Capitalization of product and process data pertaining to the Commodity ( SQ, Infosite, Cost reports etc)
To give proposals for cost reduction opportunities in the parts manufacturing processes.
Challenge the suppliers / Stakeholder with proper technical and economic background explanations.
Visit Supplier and collect Required Costing information’s and identify prospects for the cost reduction improvements.
Support Digital Transformation of Process and Operations
Current process improvement and solution for upstream projects.
