We are looking for a Checker to join our property valuation team in Ahmedabad and Baroda. The candidate will be responsible for checking and reviewing valuation reports, property details, calculations, and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Responsibilities
Check property valuation reports for accuracy and completeness.
Verify property details, measurements, calculations, and supporting documents.
Review reports prepared by field/valuation staff.
Identify errors or discrepancies and coordinate for corrections.
Ensure reports follow company standards and valuation guidelines.
Maintain proper records and documentation.
Coordinate with team members for timely completion of reports.
