Role & responsibilities
Prepare and maintain ZBC (Zero-Based Costing) for recent and existing products as per company costing standards.
Prepare, review, and validate detailed cost break-ups, including raw materials, labour, processing, overheads, packaging, etc.
Cross-check vendor quotations and cost sheets to ensure accuracy, transparency, and competitiveness of costing.
Conduct vendor visits to physically verify raw material prices, mfg. processes, labour requirement, wastage, overheads, etc.
Evaluate the costing impact of changes in materials, specifications, construction, processes, quantities, and supplier sources.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum Qualification: Graduation
Minimum Experience: 3 years
