Role & responsibilities
Oversee the caf's overall day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and effective functioning.
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation.
Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships for uninterrupted operations.
Monitor sales, cash handling, billing, and daily operational reports.
Control operational costs and minimize wastage through effective resource management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.
Handle customer concerns and implement measures to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate catering and refreshment arrangements for meetings and corporate events.
Drive continuous improvement in caf operations, service quality, and team performance.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the caf team to deliver excellent customer service.
Preferred candidate profile
Comfortable working a 12-hour shift
Fluent in English communication
Prior experience in a caf is preferred
