Key Responsibilities :

n

- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources required.
n
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
n
- Monitor project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts. Ensure projects are completed within budget constraints.
n
- Create and share procurement indent to procurement teams per drawings and project requirements
n
- Develop and manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
n
- Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Monitor and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
n




- Ensure that construction work meets quality standards and complies with regulations and codes. Conduct quality inspections and manage quality control processes.
n
- Manage contract agreements, change orders, and claims.
n
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management. Provide project updates, reports, and presentations as needed.
n

10.Implement and enforce health and safety protocols on construction sites. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.

n

11. Identify and address project issues, conflicts, and challenges. Develop solutions to keep the project on track and resolve any issues that arise.

n

Qualifications :

n

n
- B. Tech in Civil Engineering. A Master's degree in Construction Project Management will be an added advantage.
n
- 15 years of experience.
n
- Solid communication and analytical skills.
n
- Proficiency in Excel and AutoCAD.
n
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English.
n
