Key Responsibilities:

PowerShell, Python, or Other Scripting: (Moved to First)

- Develop and maintain PowerShell, Python or other scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
n
- Implement scripts to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
n
- Ensure scripts are secure and comply with company policies.
n

n

Microsoft 365 Administration:

n

n
- Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
n
- Configure and optimize Microsoft 365 applications to meet business needs.
n
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
n

n

Microsoft Entra and Active Directory Management:

n

n
- Configure identity services to ensure secure operations.
n
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions.
n
- Work with the InfoSec and compliance teams to monitor security policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
n
- Integrate with other systems and automate tasks using PowerShell.
n
- Provide technical support and resolve issues.
n

Intune and Microsoft Defender:

n

n
- Administer and configure Intune for device management and policy enforcement.
n
- Implement and manage Microsoft Defender for endpoint protection and threat management.
n
- Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
n

n

Mac OS Management:

n

n
- Provide support for Mac OS users within the Microsoft 365 environment.
n




- Configure and manage Mac devices using Intune.
n
- Troubleshoot and resolve Mac-related issues in collaboration with the IT support team.
n

n

User Support and Training:

n

n
- Provide quality technical support services to end-users for Microsoft 365 and Mac-related issues.
n
- Conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices and new features.
n
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures.
n

n

Qualifications:

n

n
- 7-12 Years of experience.
n
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer or similar role.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
n
- Experience with Mac OS management and support.
n
- Familiarity with Intune MDM or similar solutions.
n
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
n
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Working hour: Flexibility to work in US time zones is required.
n

- Experience with other scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).

- Knowledge of networking fundamentals and security best practices.
