Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Electrical, Electronics or related field
Key Responsibilities
Handle BESS assembly, production and testing.
Assemble battery modules, packs and racks as applicable.
Integrate BMS, PCS, EMS and other BESS components.
Perform electrical and functional testing.
Check voltage, current, insulation, communication, alarms and protection systems.
Troubleshoot basic BESS, BMS, PCS and wiring issues.
Maintain production, testing and quality records.
Support installation and commissioning when required.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in BESS, battery systems, electrical equipment, solar or power electronics.
Knowledge of LFP batteries, BMS, PCS, EMS and electrical systems.
Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Knowledge of electrical testing instruments.
Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work hands-on in production and testing.
