Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to understand students' requirements and recommend suitable courses or programs.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
Understand students' educational goals, interests, and career aspirations.
Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Convert enquiries into successful admissions by providing accurate information and effective counselling.
Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and update admission records.
Assist students with the application, documentation, and admission process.
Achieve individual and team admission/enrolment targets.
Coordinate with the academic and administration teams to ensure a smooth admission experience.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups,



applications, and admissions.
Participate in admission campaigns, seminars, educational fairs, and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; relevant counselling or education experience is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic computer applications.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.
