Responsibilities
Support the preparation of magazines, brochures, booklets, and other communication materials.
Engage with communities and stakeholders to gather content, stories, activity reports, case studies, and experiences for publication.
Conduct and moderate interviews and podcasts.
Develop engaging content for social media platforms and the organisation’s website.
Support social media management, including monitoring engagement and tracking outreach performance.
Work closely with the Communications Coordinator on day-to-day content planning, coordination, video editing.
Travel as and when required for organisational activities and field engagements.
Qualifications
Any graduate/ postgraduate
Working knowledge of Canva for design.
Basic video editing skills (trimming, captions, straightforward transitions).
Robust written communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone across formats.
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and consistency in branding.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Prior experience in content creation, social media, or communications (internship experience welcome) is an advantage.
