Key Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Generate new business leads and convert prospects into clients.
Understand client requirements and introduce Uptract.ai’s services and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Conduct follow-ups and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the technical team when required.
Achieve assigned monthly business development and sales targets.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Research market opportunities and identify potential business segments.
Contribute ideas to improve lead generation and sales strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Good communication skills in Tamil and English.




Confident in speaking with clients and explaining services.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of computers, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
Willingness to learn about AI, software, websites, and digital solutions.
