Key Responsibilities
Bill Preparation: Create Running Account (RA) bills, interim bills, and final bills from project drawings and site data.
Site Measurement Verification: Cross-check measurements and quantities provided by site engineers against actual work progress.
Subcontractor & Vendor Management: Review, process, and certify invoices and bills for subcontractors.
Material Reconciliation: Prepare material consumption and reconciliation statements to prevent budget overruns.
Rate Analysis: Evaluate non-BOQ (Bill of Quantities) items, extra items, and market rates.
Coordination & Follow-Up: Liaise with clients, project managers, and finance teams to transparent payment backlogs
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
