Civil / Finishing Site Engineer
Supervise and execute civil, faade, cladding, glazing, tiles, flooring, interior, reinforcement, and painting works.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Manage surface preparation, primer/paint systems, DFT measurement, putty, and coating works.
Check material consumption, manpower, productivity, and work progress.
Conduct quality inspections, snag identification, and rectification.
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and finishing drawings.
Coordinate with client, consultant, subcontractors, and site teams.
Prepare daily progress reports and monitor project schedules.
Ensure work-at-height and site safety compliance.
Support final inspection, snag closure, and handover.
