Maruti Suzuki – Car Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Car Sales Executive to join our Maruti Suzuki dealership. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, explaining vehicle features and benefits, conducting test drives, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Attend to walk-in customers and handle sales enquiries.
Generate leads through telecalling, references, digital enquiries, and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Maruti Suzuki models.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, finance, insurance, and exchange options.
Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective customers.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction targets.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, exchange,



and delivery teams.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Eligibility:
Graduate / 12th Pass with positive communication skills.
1–3 years of automobile sales experience preferred; freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
Good knowledge of local market and customer handling.
Valid driving licence preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Target-oriented, energetic, and presentable.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
