Job Summary The Carpenter is responsible for the installation, repair, maintenance, and modification of wooden fixtures, furniture, doors, windows, partitions, and other carpentry works within the facility.

Key Responsibilities
Perform carpentry repair and maintenance work as assigned by the supervisor.
Repair and maintain wooden doors, windows, frames, cabinets, tables, chairs, and other furniture.
Install and repair wooden partitions, shelves, panels, and fixtures.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood and other carpentry materials.
Replace damaged hinges, locks, handles, drawer fittings, and other hardware.
Inspect furniture and wooden structures for damage and carry out necessary repairs.
Assist in renovation and interior maintenance works.
Perform minor polishing, finishing, and surface repair work.
Safely operate carpentry hand tools and power tools.
Maintain proper care and storage of tools and equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the work area after completing work.
Report major damages or material requirements to the supervisor.
Maintain records of completed maintenance and repair activities when required.
Follow safety procedures and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).




Coordinate with other maintenance teams when carrying out facility repair work.
Perform other carpentry and maintenance duties assigned by management.

Experience: 2–5 years of experience as a Carpenter, preferably in facility management, commercial buildings, residential buildings, hotels, or similar environments. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
