About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing timely assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to handle multiple queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and other support queries.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are properly resolved.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer-related issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Provide customers with clear information about products, services, and processes.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the concerned department.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.




Collect customer feedback and communicate recurring issues to the management.
Maintain skilled communication with customers at all times.

Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of English and Telugu/Hindi is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Customer-oriented and positive attitude.
Ability to handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM, or customer-support tools.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply.
