Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented qualified to manage B2B partnerships, vendor relationships, institutional tie-ups, and candidate sourcing. The role will be responsible for building a solid candidate pipeline, coordinating with corporate partners, and ensuring successful candidate conversion through the hiring and interview process.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor & Sourcing Partner Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with recruitment vendors, sourcing partners, and other hiring channels.
Manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, coordination, performance tracking, and accountability.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure consistent delivery of quality candidate profiles.
Develop and strengthen sourcing ecosystems to maintain a steady candidate pipeline.
College & Institutional Partnerships
Collaborate with colleges, universities, and training institutes to identify and source potential candidates.
Build and maintain relationships with institutional stakeholders for long-term talent partnerships.
Represent Crack-ED in institutional meetings, placement drives, events,



and collaboration activities.
Explore new institutional partnerships to strengthen the candidate pipeline.
Candidate Engagement & Interview Coordination
Connect with candidates, explain the program, eligibility, career opportunities, and selection process.
Align suitable candidates for interviews based on business and corporate requirements.
Coordinate and follow up with candidates and corporate stakeholders to ensure timely completion of interviews.
Track candidate progress throughout the interview and selection journey.
Candidate Conversion & Revenue Support
Monitor candidate movement from sourcing to interview and final selection.
Ensure selected candidates successfully progress through the required process and convert into business/revenue.
Identify drop-offs and proactively follow up to improve candidate conversion rates.
Maintain accurate records and reports of candidate pipeline, interviews, selections, and conversions.
