We’re looking for a Client Servicing - Producer who knows how to take a production from brief to final delivery.

What you’ll be handling:
Understand the client brief, requirements, timelines and budget.
Plan the shoot end-to-end and coordinate with the required teams and vendors.
Manage crew, artists, makeup, locations, cameras, equipment, props and other production requirements.
Source and coordinate with vendors and ensure everything is booked and aligned within the budget.
Keep a check on all pre-shoot requirements and make sure the production is ready to go.
Coordinate with the client and internal teams throughout the shoot.
Manage post-production with editors, track feedback and timelines,



and ensure the final content is delivered to the client.

What we’re looking for: Someone who is organised, quick on their feet, positive with people and can handle the chaos that comes with production while keeping the client happy.

Experience: 1 - 2 years in production / client servicing in production

Location: Mumbai | In office
