Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to products, orders, delivery, returns, and refunds.
Provide prompt, polite, and accurate resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain customer records and follow up on open queries.
Understand our nutrition products and communicate product information clearly.
Collect customer feedback and identify recurring issues.
Maintain high customer satisfaction and response standards.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
