Responsible for generating solar EPC business, managing client relationships, coordinating project execution, and ensuring timely collections. Will be handling the Pune region.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads for rooftop and C&I; solar projects.
Conduct client meetings and understand customer requirements.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals.
Follow up with prospects and close sales prospects.
Coordinate with engineering and execution teams for smooth project delivery.
Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Track payments and support timely collections.
Update CRM and maintain sales reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Solar EPC, Electrical, or B2B Sales.
Solid communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
Basic understanding of solar systems and project economics.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
