Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telemarketing Executive to connect with customers and farmers, promote our agricultural products, generate leads, and support sales activities through effective telephone communication.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to farmers, customers, and prospective clients.
Explain and promote bio-fertilizers, bio-pest-control products, plant nutrients, and crop-care solutions.
Generate leads and identify potential customers through telecalling.
Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and customer follow-up.
Maintain daily call records, lead details, and follow-up status.
Achieve assigned calling,



lead-generation, and sales-support targets.
Build positive relationships with customers through skilled communication.
Collect customer feedback and share market information with the concerned team.

Candidate Profile
Valuable Tamil communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and customer-handling ability.
Interest in agriculture and agricultural products.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain call records.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
