We’re looking for an experienced and confident Business Development Staff Augmentation who understands the IT/Non-IT staffing industry inside out. Someone who can open doors, build meaningful client relationships, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships. If you have a robust network, enjoy client conversations, and know how to close staffing deals, this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving new client acquisition for IT/Non IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
Building and managing relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition teams, CTOs, and business leaders.
Generating leads through networking, cold outreach, LinkedIn, references, and industry connections.
Understanding client hiring needs and positioning the right staffing solutions (Contract, C2H, Permanent).
Managing the complete sales cycle — from first conversation to negotiation and closure.
Working closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure quick turnaround and quality delivery.
Negotiating commercials, contracts, and service agreements.
Growing existing accounts and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
Meeting and exceeding revenue targets consistently.
What We’re Looking For
Solid experience in IT/ Non IT staffing or recruitment sales.
A proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence to independently handle client meetings and business discussions.
Positive understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring trends.
A self-driven, result-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Nice to Have
Experience working with international clients.
Existing client relationships in the IT staffing space.
Experience mentoring junior BD team members.
