About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage the day-to-day operations of our online marketplaces and e-commerce channels.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of marketplace operations and be comfortable working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify and other e-commerce/quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces
Create, update and maintain product listings, titles, descriptions, images, attributes and SKUs
Manage product inventory, pricing and stock updates
Process and monitor customer orders, cancellations, returns and refunds
Monitor order dispatch, delivery and pending orders
Handle basic marketplace issues and raise cases with marketplace support teams
Monitor product listing status, suppressed/inactive listings and resolve basic issues
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for timely order processing and dispatch
Maintain daily sales, order and inventory reports in Excel
Monitor product performance,



sales and stock levels
Assist in managing marketplace promotions, offers and discounts
Support basic marketplace advertising and campaign activities
Ensure product information and catalogue data are accurate across platforms
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve operational issues

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Flipkart Seller Hub / Meesho / Shopify or similar platforms
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Basic understanding of e-commerce operations, orders, inventory and listings
Positive communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn recent marketplaces and e-commerce tools

Preferred Candidate
6 months to 1 year of relevant e-commerce experience
Freshers with solid knowledge of e-commerce marketplace operations may also be considered

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
